CleaningQuotes.pro ("CleaningQuotes," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Ceviche Digital LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and quote requesters on cleaningquotes.pro and our related domains (housecleanquotes.com, cleanhomequotes.com), how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to the practices described here.

CleaningQuotes is a free lead-routing service for homeowners who want quotes for house cleaning. When you submit a quote request, we share that request with Lead Prosper, which distributes it to aggregator buyers including Astoria, conXpros, and Service Direct. Those aggregators route the request to cleaning companies in their networks. Those cleaning companies — not CleaningQuotes — contact you to provide quotes.
We do not employ, license, insure, or background-check the cleaning companies that receive your request. We do not control which company contacts you, when they contact you, or whether any company contacts you at all. We do not guarantee the quality, price, availability, or licensing of any cleaning company. Any agreement you reach with a cleaning company is between you and that company.
Information you provide. When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter on the form, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and details about the cleaning service you are requesting (such as cleaning type and home size).
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site or submit a form, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage information including your IP address, user agent (browser and device), referring page, page URLs visited, timestamps, and click identifiers (such as UTM parameters and ad-platform click IDs).
TrustedForm certificate. Our quote forms are integrated with TrustedForm, a third-party service operated by ActiveProspect that records the form session for TCPA-compliance purposes (see Section 6). The TrustedForm certificate URL is collected with each submission.

By submitting a quote request, you electronically sign and consent to receive marketing calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from cleaning companies and the aggregator buyers and their network partners regarding cleaning services, at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing systems and pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; reply HELP for help.
To document this consent, our forms use TrustedForm by ActiveProspect, which captures a recording of your form session and issues a unique certificate URL that we and our buyers retain as proof of consent. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking a caller to remove you, or emailing support@cleaningquotes.pro. Revocation applies prospectively; cleaning companies that already received your request may need to be contacted directly.

Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others) have similar rights of access, deletion, correction, and opt-out. Submit requests to the same email above.
EU/UK/EEA. If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies), contract / pre-contract steps (for routing your quote request), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and analytics).
We retain quote-request data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with TCPA / CCPA recordkeeping obligations, defend against claims, and meet other legal obligations — typically a minimum of four (4) years for TCPA-consent records. Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained longer. You can request deletion at any time as described in Section 8.
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@cleaningquotes.pro and we will delete it.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
